An established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its friendly, respected team based in Wimbledon.

The Role

  • You'll take on a broad scope of private client work including: Wills, probate, powers of attorney, trusts, and Court of Protection matters.
  • Advising individuals and families on estate planning and inheritance tax.
  • Managing files independently while ensuring exceptional client care.
  • Liaising with financial institutions, tax advisors, and external experts.
  • Playing an active role in team collaboration and business development.

What the team are looking for

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in private client work.
  • Demonstrable experience in core areas including wills, trusts, probate, and mental capacity matters.
  • Confident in running a caseload unsupervised and in mentoring more junior members when needed.
  • STEP membership is highly desirable.
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
