Chadwick Nott is recruiting on behalf of a respected regional law firm for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing team in Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to take on a varied and rewarding caseload in a supportive, well-established practice with strong ties to the local community.
The Role
You will be joining a busy Private Client department, handling a broad mix of matters with autonomy and support. Responsibilities include:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advising on Probate and Estate Administration
- Managing Trusts and related tax and estate planning
- Providing clear, compassionate advice to a diverse client base
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified lawyer with:
- 3-5 years PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in Private Client work
- Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, and estate planning
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive, organised approach with attention to detail
- A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
Working Arrangements
This is a full-time, office-based role with standard working hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
