Chadwick Nott is recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-5 years PQE to join a well-established and highly regarded regional firm in Gloucestershire. You will be joining a busy and growing Private Client team that is trusted by generations of clients across the region. The Role
- Manage a varied and rewarding caseload of private client matters, including:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts and related tax and estate planning
- Advising individuals and families on asset protection and succession planning
- Handling sensitive client matters with professionalism and empathy
You will have autonomy over your files, direct client contact, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships in a community-focused setting.
What You Will Bring
- 3-5 years PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in private client law
- Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Trusts
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills

- STEP qualification or working towards it (desirable but not essential)
