An established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its friendly, respected team based in Wimbledon.
The Role
- You'll take on a broad scope of private client work including: Wills, probate, powers of attorney, trusts, and Court of Protection matters
- Advising individuals and families on estate planning and inheritance tax
- Managing files independently while ensuring exceptional client care
- Liaising with financial institutions, tax advisors, and external experts
- Playing an active role in team collaboration and business development
What the team are looking for
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in private client work
- Demonstrable experience in core areas including wills, trusts, probate, and mental capacity matters
- Confident in running a caseload unsupervised and in mentoring more junior members when needed
- STEP membership is highly desirable
- A proactive, ambitious mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships
