Their Private Client team delivers bespoke solutions to a wide range of high-net-worth individuals and is highly regarded for its cross-border capabilities. They are currently seeking an experienced and French-speaking (bilingual or native) solicitor interested in expanding their expertise into high-profile international matters. The role involves managing a diverse caseload, including wills, estate administration, UK trust taxation, inheritance tax, and capital gains and income tax, with a focus on French clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle your own matters while contributing to larger team projects.
  • Engage in business development through networking, article writing, and building relationships with referrers.
  • Demonstrate strong time and client management.
  • Work on wills, estate administration, UK trust taxation, inheritance tax, capital gains, and income tax with a focus on French clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Qualified Private Client Solicitor with 2+ PQE.
  • French-speaking (bilingual or native).
  • Experience handling private client matters such as wills, estate administration, UK tax matters related to trusts and inheritance tax, and related capital gains and income tax.
  • Strong time management and ability to manage own matters while contributing to team projects.
