Excellent opportunity for a private client solicitor to join one of the leading law firms in Cornwall and Devon and the longest established firm in the region. With growing demand they are currently recruiting Private Client lawyers to join the expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Advise a range of private client matters including high net worth individuals.
- Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Handle Administration of Estates and Elderly Client matters.
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor with thorough knowledge of the principles required to draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, administer Estates and manage Elderly Client matters.
Location & Hybrid Working
Hybrid working is available. The role can be based in Falmouth, Launceston, Liskeard, Truro, Newquay, Penzance or St Austell.
Hours
Full-time position. 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday; applications for alternative working arrangements are welcome.
