A respected and award‐winning South Wales law firm is seeking a mid‐level Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact, supporting individuals and families with empathy, professionalism, and high‐quality legal expertise.
The Role
- Manage your own varied caseload of private client matters, including:
- Drafting wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
- Handling estate administration and probate
- Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning
- Supporting elderly and vulnerable clients with sensitivity and care
- Building long‐term client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the department
Candidate Requirements
- This role is suited to a Private Client Solicitor who:
- Has around 3‐6 years' PQE in private client law
- Possesses strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts, and tax planning
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a client‐focused approach
- Is confident managing their own files with autonomy
- Has a genuine passion for helping clients navigate complex and personal life decisions
