About the Role
Our national L500 client is seeking a talented Solicitor to join their highly regarded Private Client team on the South Coast. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a recognised practice, ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers Guide, advising high‐net‐worth individuals and families on complex estate, tax, and succession planning matters.
Responsibilities
You will step into a varied caseload from day one, covering wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deeds of variation, and estate administration. The role offers the chance to collaborate with leading professionals across multiple offices, contributing to the continued growth of the private client offering in the region.
Qualifications
We welcome applications from solicitors with 1-3 years' PQE, ideally STEP qualified or working towards qualification, with strong technical expertise in lifetime IHT planning and taxation of trusts and estates. Business development skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
