An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to take a senior role within a well established and rapidly expanding Wills, Probate and Estate Planning department. The firm has experienced exceptional growth in recent years, opening three new offices since 2022. The department continues to evolve with forward thinking developments, including a dedicated onboarding role to enhance client experience and the firm's first SQE Trainee Solicitor joining the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to make a real impact within a thriving, ambitious department.
The Role
- Manage a wide range of Wills, Probate and Estate Planning matters, particularly for high net worth clients
- Advise on trusts, tax planning and complex estate structures
- Support the training and development of team members, trainees and apprentices
