Role

The team undertakes non‑contentious construction work from a real‑estate perspective and recent projects include:

  • Advising a household name on construction documentation regarding their UK expansion
  • Advising a local authority on the design and construction of an Olympic‑sized sports facility
  • Café and landscape developments
  • Forward‑funded student accommodation
  • UHNW residential development
