Role:

  • Advising PE/investors on investments into professional services firms
  • UK and international M&A and demergers
  • Corporate governance including drafting LLP membership and partnership agreements, constitutional documents
  • New office and operation set ups e.g. US law firms opening up in London
  • Corporate structuring
