Fantastic opportunity for a confident and capable Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established multi-office Somerset practice in their Street office. This role offers a varied caseload with a particular focus on residential evictions, alongside broader civil litigation matters. You will work closely with a Partner on high-volume files while also managing your own matters from start to finish. Expect to be hands-on with everything from drafting pleadings and preparing bundles to liaising with Counsel and clients.
