A busy and well-established legal team is seeking a Litigation Solicitor with 1-5 years' post-qualification experience to join its litigation department in Somerset. The Role

  • Managing a caseload focused on residential eviction matters, including:
  • Handling a range of litigation work
  • Drafting affidavits, injunctions, statements, notices, applications, pleadings, and other legal documents
  • Reviewing and analysing evidence and witness statements
  • Preparing briefs for Counsel and compiling document bundles
  • Assisting with financial management of matters
  • Ensuring excellent client communication and satisfaction
  • Liaising with and delegating tasks to legal assistants

Candidate Requirements

  • 1-5 years PQE in litigation
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities
  • Confidence in managing matters independently
