Overview
In this role you will join a premier global city law firm’s leveraged finance practice, handling cross-border and domestic financing for sponsors. You will work within a finance-led team on mezzanine and senior transactions, acquisition financings, bond structures, and security documents, contributing to high-caliber, cross-border deals. Responsibilities
- Work on leveraged finance transactions including cross-border deals
- Handle mezzanine and senior acquisition financing for PE and sponsors
- Structure bonds including loan and high-yield instruments
- Prepare and review facility and intercreditor agreements
- Draft and perfect security documents
Key requirements
- 3–5 PQE, E&W qualified
- Leveraged finance experience at a US, MC, SC or Top 20 City law firm
- Excellent academic record
- Cross-border leveraged finance
- Mezzanine and senior debt financing
- Acquisition financing
- Bond structures (loan, high yield)
- Facility and intercreditor agreements
