Our client seeks a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our specialist Leasehold Enfranchisement team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced enfranchisement lawyer or a property solicitor looking to specialise in this niche and rewarding area.
You will manage a varied caseload of leasehold enfranchisement matters, including lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, right to manage, and freehold acquisitions.
