Our client is a boutique City law firm with a heavyweight international arbitration practice that competes directly with US and Magic Circle law firms.
This is a key hire from expansion with a clear run through to partner and encompasses both commercial arbitration and investor state arbitration.
- SIAC, LCIA, ICC, HKIAC, SAC, UNCITRAL
- Broad sector focus including energy, natural resources, commodities, construction, pharma, telcos
- Investor state arbitration including investment contracts, bilateral investment treaties, multilateral investment treaties, ICSID, SCC
