Working Hours: Full-Time
Our longstanding client, a fast-growing Top 20 City law firm, has a highly ranked contentious insurance team that covers a mix of general insurance coverage, commercial disputes (insurers and policyholders), remediation, defence, and commercial disputes for the FS sector.
Work will include:
- Acting for insurers and FS on a range of commercial disputes
- Commission and profit share disputes
- Acting for commercial policyholders on a wide range of disputes
- Remediation scheme drafting and implementation
- Coverage advice and analysis including PI, Construction, W&I, Employers Liability, PTL, D&O
The successful candidate must be currently working within FS disputes with a focus on insurance and have experience of most if not all of the above areas and have gained at least 2 years experience within a leading UK law firm and be a qualified solicitor.
