An established national firm, highly ranked across leading legal directories, seeks an insolvency solicitor to join its Tier 1 practice. You will work alongside marketârecognised specialists on complex, highâvalue mandates for prominent UK clients, receiving direct exposure to technically demanding matters and courtroom work.
What you will do
- You will handle a wide spectrum of contentious and nonâcontentious restructuring and insolvency matters, including restructuring plans, CVAs, contingency planning, voluntary liquidations and related corporate restructurings.
- You will advise directors and other stakeholders directly, draft and implement pragmatic solutions under pressure, manage competing deadlines and client expectations, and play a handsâon role in litigation and creditor negotiations when required.
- Exceptional client service, judgement and commercial awareness will be central to success in this role.
