We have recently been instructed on a new role for a large national client who are looking for a Housing and Commercial Property solicitor to be based in their Hampshire office.

Location: Hampshire; Salary: £82k-£100k - depending on experience; PQE Level: 2+; Contract Type: Permanent; Working Hours: Full-time.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of housing matters with a focus on shared-ownership, sales and after sales, deeds of variation, lease extensions and more on behalf of Housing Associations, developers and other notable providers.
  • Provide first-class practical advice and be technically proficient in commercial property work, working closely with clients.
  • Support the team in delivering high-quality housing and real estate work, including complex matters as needed.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in running a high-quality housing caseload is preferable, but the firm will also consider individuals who have a track record of tackling complex real estate matters.
  • Strong technical ability in commercial property and the ability to provide practical, client-focused advice.
