Firm: Our client is a well-respected large City accountancy firm operating outside of the Big 4.
Role: The firm has a strong consulting and tax client base to leverage and is now strategically looking to recruit an Employment partner to build out an employment law practice leveraging their existing client base (they have done this successfully within other legal disciplines).
- Contentious and non-contentious employment law advice
- Advise employers (mainly privately owned and entrepreneurial companies) and senior executives
- Transactional support including TUPE
- Investigations
- Settlement agreements
- Advisory
