Responsibilities
- Provide fund finance advice under BVI, Bermuda and Cayman Islands law
- collaborate with cross-border teams on complex financing arrangements
- support clients on offshore fund finance needs within the London market
- contribute to the development of the fund finance practice and client relationships
Key requirements
- 8+ PQE in England & Wales or commonwealth qualified
- minimum 8 years fund finance experience
- fund finance exposure to Bermuda, BVI, Cayman Islands or UK with offshore experience
