This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a close-knit and high-performing team delivering exceptional family law services across the region.
The Role
This role offers exposure to a wide range of privately funded family law matters. Responsibilities include:
- Advising on divorce and financial settlements
- Handling cohabitation disputes and child arrangement matters
- Drafting nuptial agreements and protective orders
- Managing a full caseload independently, including conducting own advocacy
- Supporting team collaboration and contributing to firm-wide growth
- Networking and business development to enhance professional profile
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a family solicitor with:
- 3+ years PQE in family law
- Strong working knowledge of privately funded family matters
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage complex cases
