A respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join its well-established team in Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or CILEX professional to work alongside a highly regarded Partner on a complex and high-net-worth family law caseload.
The Role
- Support the Partner in handling a wide range of family law matters, including high-value and intricate cases.
- Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and children issues.
- Assist with complex and high-net-worth cases involving intricate legal and financial arrangements.
- Provide expert legal advice and maintain high standards of client care.
- Work closely with the Partner to support strategic case management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to the development of the team and wider firm.
About You
- Is a Solicitor or CILEX with 3+ years' PQE in family law (guideline only).
- Has experience handling complex or high-net-worth family matters.
- Demonstrates excellent client care and communication skills.
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative in approach.
- Enjoys working in a supportive team environment.
