Leading Staffordshire firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their busy team. Whether you are an NQ or an Associate / Senior Associate and have experience in employment law, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a high performing team.
Responsibilities
- Involvement in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment work for employers and employees including:
- Settlement agreements
- Business reorganisations
- Redundancy situations
- TUPE advice
- Unfair and constructive dismissal claims
- Equality and discrimination claims
- Grievance and disciplinary situations
- Absence management
- ACAS Early Conciliation
- Contracts, policies, and handbooks
- Restrictive covenants
About you
- Qualified Employment Lawyer with experience in employment law
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload with attention to detail and deadlines
