This is an exciting new opportunity for an Associate with 3 years'+ PQE to join this leading international firm. You will be part of a newly formed team working for one of the UK's most iconic aviation brands. The role will provide the opportunity to work with the client as a core part of its legal function. You will work alongside the UK employment department and benefit from their team training.
Responsibilities
- Oversee volume litigation predominantly consisting of unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.
- Work with the client via newly established ways of working, including an increased emphasis on technological solutions, and take full ownership for some key requirements and transactions for this client, with direct responsibility for high-profile aspects.
- Lead more junior team members and demonstrate best practice in effectively managing litigation.
- Collaborate within a team with a strong teamwork ethic and a first-class client management approach.
- Benefit from remote-based work with flexible hours due to single client focus.
Qualifications
- 3 years'+ PQE in employment law.
- Experience in employment tribunal litigation.
- Strong client management skills and ability to work in a collaborative team.
- Experience in managing litigation and related matters.
