A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to provide support on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in contentious employment work who is confident managing tribunal matters independently.
The role
- Supporting a partner with a busy contentious caseload, including:
- Employment Tribunal claims
- Unfair dismissal
- Discrimination matters
The work is fully remote, offering flexibility while still engaging with high-quality, complex employment litigation.
Person specification
- A qualified solicitor with 4+ PQE in contentious employment law
- Strong experience handling ET claims from start to finish
- Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines confidently
- Availability to commit to a full-time contract for around 6 months
