We are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking firm seeking a commercially focused Employment Associate to join their successful and collegiate Tier 1 employment team. You will advise both employers and high net worth individuals on a wide range of employment matters, including:
- Executive service agreements and senior exits
- Discrimination and whistleblowing claims
- Restrictive covenants and post-termination risks
- TUPE and restructuring support
- Settlement negotiations and strategy
- Drafting contracts, policies and bespoke employment documentation
You will work closely with stakeholders across a range of sectors while building trusted client relationships. This role suits solicitors with 5-7 years' PQE, although those with 3+ years' PQE and strong, relevant experience are welcome to apply. Candidates from leading regional or national firms or high-quality boutique employment practices are likely to thrive in this environment.
You will be supported by an experienced team, encouraged to contribute to business development, and offered genuine opportunities for progression. This position offers the flexibility of a permanent role or a fixed-term maternity cover, depending on candidate preference.
