Overview
In this role you will provide both contentious and non-contentious employment advice for charity and not-for-profit clients within a City firm. You will handle cases spanning board-level disputes, TUPE, redundancies, whistleblowing, and disciplinary matters. The position offers exposure to advisory and contentious work with minimal transactional/corporate tasks, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. You will join a firm that values a diverse culture and supports its client network.

Key requirements
- 4-6 PQE qualified solicitor in England & Wales
- Charity/not-for-profit or trade union experience
