Role: Strategic need in their City office to further expand their professional partnerships practice with a corporate partner who can leverage their existing relationships and strong employment, regulatory and private wealth offerings.
- Partnership and LLP governance
- Structuring and constitutional advice
- Advisory
- Transactional support including new office openings, acquisitions, restructuring
- PE investments into partnerships and LLPs
- Regulatory and compliance matters

Successful candidate:
- 8+ PQE, England & Wales Qualified
