We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Solicitor to join our L500 client in Southampton. This role offers a great opportunity for a Solicitor from the NQ + level to grow their experience working with leading insurer and corporate clients, with fantastic opportunities to develop client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling a caseload of defendant personal injury claims from start to finish
- Conducting investigations
- Analyzing evidence
- Providing legal advice to clients
- Preparing court documents
- Representing clients in hearings
- Building strong client relationships
Staying updated with legislation and case law changes is also crucial. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury law on either the claimant or defendant side, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
