Role:
Joining an expanding corporate tax team, you will be involved in a wide range of matters including:
- Corporate tax transactions and advisory
- M&A/transactional support
- Tax financing
- Employment taxes and share schemes
- Withholding tax and double tax treaties
- International taxes such as permanent establishment
- Tax support to VC clients including EIS/SEIS
- Tax support on capital markets/fundraisings
- Real estate
