My client is a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked firm, recognised across the Southeast for their consistent quality and calibre of clients. They are currently seeking a Corporate Solicitor for their market-leading practice.

From day one, you can expect to be involved in corporate M&A, general company law, company restructurings, and private equity alongside commercial and corporate lending work. The team is seeking an individual with solid knowledge from an equivalent firm or practice with the chance to make an immediate impact on an excellent team. This is an ideal move for lawyers who are seeking the next step forward and wish to join a driven but friendly practice, with work at the leading edge of corporate law outside of London.
