My client is one of the world's leading international firms who are looking to recruit a Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join their global team, working on a remote basis in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents and conducting due diligence reviews
- Assisting with business development activities, including client pitches and marketing initiatives
- Managing and supervising junior team members on a variety of transactions
- Working with legal technology tools appropriate to the relevant matter (e.g. artificial intelligence tools for DD) and keeping up to date with technological advances
About you
- Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in corporate law, particularly M&A
- Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of corporate transactional work
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal advice to clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Day-to-Day
- Participating in client meetings and strategy sessions
- Collaborating with partners and senior team members to develop innovative legal solutions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
- Supporting the senior team with strategic management and development of the junior team
You must be UK based and must live at least 100 miles away from London.
