Our client's corporate team is trusted by a diverse range of clients, from ownerâmanaged businesses to large corporations, handling M&A transactions and restructuring work with deal values typically between ÂŁ3 million and ÂŁ30 millionâthough they regularly take on transactions of higher value than this.
You will be part of a collaborative and wellâestablished team, leading significant deals alongside a supportive network of experienced partners and senior lawyers.
