This L500 rated firm has a new vacancy for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their highly regarded and experienced team.
There is a varied and busy caseload on offer including M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes and shareholders agreements.
You will work in a friendly and motivated team, with a firm which has an emphasis on personal development and positive culture.
The role can be based in Herefordshire or Shropshire and all levels of PQE will be considered.
