Responsibilities
- Handle contentious construction disputes across UK and international contexts
- Advise and manage disputes in adjudications, mediation and arbitration
- Address issues such as delays, disruption, defects, payment disputes and professional negligence
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high‑quality client service and case management
- Contribute to the growth and development of the contentious construction practice
Key requirements
- 1–3 PQE
- E&W qualified
- UK law firm contentious construction experience (in specialist team or where it forms at least 75% of role)
- Contentious construction experience
