A leading Construction team is seeking a Solicitor to join its growing Cardiff practice. The successful candidate will work alongside colleagues across several offices, handling both contentious and non‑contentious matters.
With a strong pipeline of high profile transactional work, the role requires solid experience with JCT and NEC contracts, particularly within construction and property development. The position offers exposure to major infrastructure, rail and green energy projects, making it ideal for someone excited to expand their project expertise.
Candidates should bring high quality construction experience from a respected firm, or from an in‑house role with a major contractor, consultant or public body. Strong technical ability, commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential. Hybrid working is supported, typically involving 2‑3 days in the office.
A background in Construction law is a pre‑requisite, and applications will be considered from Solicitors with at least 2+ PQE.
