Our Wiltshire based client are expanding their property team and looking for a versatile lawyer who's confident handling both residential and commercial transactions. If you're experienced, proactive, and comfortable working with property investors, this role offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to make an impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a mix of residential conveyancing and commercial property matters
- Acting for developers and investors across the UK on purchases and sales
- Handling lease assignments, straightforward residential files, and commercial deals
- Working independently or collaboratively, depending on your setup
- Supporting the team's growth and adapting to a fast-paced caseload
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor, FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer
- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial property
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Organised, tech-savvy and able to juggle multiple matters
- Proven billing record and a team-focused mindset
- Remote applicants must have solid experience working unsupervised from home
Salary: Competitive and based on experience.
