Overview
In this role you will provide commercial real estate advice to clients in the energy sector, handling acquisitions, disposals and land rights within the renewables/energy transition space. You will work with investors, funders, developers and pension funds, contributing to a market-leading practice. The position offers strong progression prospects, a balanced workload, and the chance to shape energy-related real estate transactions within a growing team.

Responsibilities
- Advise investors, funders, developers and pension funds on commercial real estate transactions in the energy/renewables sector
- Handle acquisitions and disposals in the CRE space
- Advise on land rights related to energy sector projects
Key requirements
- 6-8 PQE
- England & Wales qualified solicitor
- CRE experience within renewables/energy transition space, preferably from a larger firm
- Commercial real estate transactional experience in renewables/energy transition
- Experience with acquisitions, disposals and land rights in CRE
