Firm Our longstanding client, a mid-sized City law firm has a large and highly regarded commercial real estate practice
Role Focus on working with a couple of high-profile asset managers handling acquisitions & disposals, financing and lease extensions
Corporate occupier and tenant work
Primary focus on Central London including well known estates
Key attractions Breadth and quality of work and client base
Strong progression, mentoring, and development opportunities
Supportive and down to earth culture
Low chargeable hour target
Successful candidate 3-6 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
Must be working for a top City or London based boutique law firm
Must have strong asset management experience as this is a key part of the role and only candidates with this experience will be considered
