A well regarded regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its friendly and experienced team in the Swindon office. The team handles a wide range of commercial property matters, including sales and acquisitions, refinancing, leases, and specialist work involving landowners, renewable energy projects, diversification schemes, and pension property transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake high quality, varied work within a supportive high street practice.
The Role
- Acting on commercial property sales and acquisitions
- Advising on refinancing and commercial leases
- Working with landowners on promotion agreements, options, renewable energy and diversification projects
- Handling pension property transactions
- Providing a consistently high standard of legal service
- Managing matters in a practical, commercial and solutions focused manner
- Working independently with minimal supervision while supporting the wider team
Candidate Requirements
- At least 4 years PQE (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
- Experience across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Excellent communication skills and a client focused approach
- Strong organisational ability and confidence managing a busy caseload
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail
