We are seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor (circa 3 years PQE) to join a well-established and growing legal practice with deep roots in the region and a forward-thinking approach to the future.
The Role
- Handling a broad range of matters including:
- Sales, purchases, and leases of commercial premises
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Advising a diverse client base, from SMEs to developers and investors
Candidate Requirements:
- Around 3 years' PQE in commercial property law
- Strong technical knowledge of property and landlord/tenant law
- Proven ability to manage a varied caseload and deliver practical, client-focused advice
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- A commercial mindset and a proactive approach to client care
- Confident in building relationships and contributing to business development
- Organised, IT proficient, and a strong team player
