A highly regarded regional firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Reading‐based Real Estate team. The practice advises investors, developers, banks, occupiers, local authorities and charities, offering exposure to a broad mix of public and private sector work. The role includes retail leases and agreements, mixed‐use development matters, due diligence, and supporting senior fee‐earners on high‐value transactions in a fast‐paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • You will handle a varied workload, from drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and transfers to reviewing title, raising enquiries, liaising with counterpart lawyers, attending meetings and contributing to business development.
