A great opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Associate to join a successful Commercial Property team in Poundbury. Our client is a well-regarded regional firm with a collaborative culture, strong local presence and a genuine focus on professional development, wellbeing and long-term career growth.
The successful commercial property lawyer can expect to handle a varied caseload including commercial leases, sales and acquisitions, development work (options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements) and growing renewables projects. You'll play a key role in client work and support the wider growth of the department, backed by a friendly and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a broad range of commercial property matters from start to finish.
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of property documentation.
- Provide clear, practical advice across all areas of commercial property.
- Build strong client and professional relationships.
- Support business development and networking initiatives.
- Mentor junior colleagues.
Agricultural experience is helpful but not essential.
About You- 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property.
- Proactive, commercially aware and confident managing your own caseload.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and business development skills.
- Interest in agricultural or rural property work is an advantage.
