A wellâregarded regional firm is seeking an ambitious Commercial lawyer (NQ-3 PQE) to join a highâperforming team advising clients across the private, public and third sectors. The team handles a broad range of work including commercial trading agreements, IT and technology contracts, outsourcing, franchising, IP, manufacturing and data protection. You will gain early responsibility, direct client contact and the chance to act as an extension of inâhouse legal teams.
The firm offers a modern hybrid working model, typically two to three days in the office, with access to strong support, excellent technology and the option to work across more than one Thames Valley office. The environment is collaborative, inclusive and focused on professional development.
You will bring strong drafting skills, commercial awareness, intellectual curiosity and a proactive, teamâoriented approach, along with a genuine interest in developing your expertise in commercial law.
