The role will cover a wide variety of matters, including:
- trademark prosecution
- IP disputes
- licensing
- commercial contracts (including IT, franchising, distribution, and services)
You will also have the opportunity to supervise and support junior colleagues, contribute to business development, and work alongside leading partners in the field on rewarding high-calibre matters.
