Responsibilities
Excellent new Senior Associate role for an experienced commercial lawyer, to join an award winning Top 50 international firm. You will be working with dynamic, pro-active and approachable Partners, and joining a well-established and friendly team. You will be involved in high quality work from day one on, advising on Advertising, Media and Consumer commercial and regulatory work. The Commercial group provides cutting-edge business solutions to clients, ranging from high growth start-ups to multinationals. If you are looking to move out of the City and don’t want to compromise on the quality of work, or from in-house but want to maintain working closely with clients, or indeed are from the Regions looking for that step up in your career, please do get in touch.
Qualifications
Ideally you will have experience of Commercial Advertising, Media and Consumer contracts e.g. marketing related agreements, B2C terms and conditions, content licences; and Advertising, Media and Consumer regulation e.g. advising on the application of the Consumer Rights Act and the Consumer Contracts (Information Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, as well as CAP Code compliance and ASA investigations.
