A well established and respected law firm in Gloucester is looking to welcome a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive (1-2 years' PQE or equivalent experience) to their growing team.
You will take responsibility for a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from first enquiry through to settlement. This includes conducting initial consultations, advising clients throughout their claim, drafting key legal documents, analysing medical records and expert evidence, negotiating outcomes, and ensuring files remain organised, compliant and progressing efficiently.

- Conduct initial consultations with clients and provide ongoing advice throughout the claim.
- Draft key legal documents and analyse medical records and expert evidence.
- Negotiate outcomes and ensure files are organised, compliant and progressing efficiently.
- Early post-qualification experience in clinical negligence.
- Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide clients through emotional situations.
- Genuine commitment to client care with a calm, reassuring approach.
- Excellent negotiation skills; clear, confident written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail; ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
