Leading Cornwall multi-office practice are looking to recruit an experienced lawyer to join their expanding litigation department in their St Austell office. You can expect to collaborate with the Head of Department and other litigation fee earners, assisting with current workloads and trial work, while also managing your own diverse caseload, including high-value commercial litigation, property claims, professional negligence, trusts, insolvency, and general dispute resolution matters.
