Responsibilities
- Manage leveraged finance, acquisition finance, and corporate lending matters
- Handle refinancings and restructurings for varied clients
- Work on real estate finance and cross-border financing transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute financing deals
- Contribute to deal execution and client counseling in a fast-paced environment
Key requirements
- 3-6 PQE
- E&W qualified
- at least 2 years UK law firm or in-house banking & finance experience
